Özet

Persistent organic compounds are new type of chemicals that are getting great attention due to their wide usage in various industries for nearly 50 years all over the world and moreover, environmental concerns. Perfluorinated compounds such as Perfluorooctane Sulfonyl Fluoride (POSF) are types of persistent organic pollutant (POP) and they tend to accumulate in fat tissues of organisms, which can lead to biomagnification in ecosystems.
