Abstract

In this study, proteolitic enzym activities searched on fillets and organs pf brined and salted ringa (Clupea harengus), frozen Sebastes marinus and fresh cod (Gadus morrhua) with using Catepsin D (mg Tyrosin/L-1) and Casein (unit/mg) tests.
