Abstract

Invasive micropapillary carcinoma of the breast is an uncommon variant of infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Observing its distinctive cytologic appearance and aggressive behavior is important for early diagnosis by fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC). There are only a few reported cases in the literature.
