Özet

Fifteen populations were generated from a 6 x 6 diallel cross without reciprocal and the selection was applied based on harvest index in the F-2 generation. The F-2, F-3 F-4, F-5 and F-6 generations of the cross population were grown in a randomized complete block design with three replications at Bornova of Izmir province in Turkey. Correlation coefficients were estimated among the gram yield (g), plant height (cm), spike length (cm), 1000 kernel weight (g), biomass (g), harvest index (%), flag leaf width (cm), flag leaf length (cm) and number of spikes per square meter in almost all generations.
