Damaged beyond repair as the surgical amputation of a limb by cutting the bone along with the process of separation from the body . Although antibiotic therapy, patient care, trauma, vascular surgery and medical impairments in the treatment of neoplasms are easy for protection of the diseased limb, the limb must be amputated preventive interventions often result in serious morbidity or even death . A very large part of the reason for amputations in peripheral vascular disease and diabetes associated with disease. In addition, trauma, infection, tumors nerve injuries and congenital anomailes are among the causes of amputation. The incidence of amputation icrease due to an increase in average life.
