Özet

Giant cavernous hemangioma of the uterus is a rare but serious condition, especially during pregnancy. We now report two pregnancies in the same patient that were complicated with cavernous hemangioma of the uterus. Conservative management resulted in excellent outcomes in both pregnancies.
