Özet

Industry is uniquely positioned to tap into a potential radical change of the dominant geographical market scope of industry. Due to the cost optimization, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) will fundamentally change business models. A vision of tomorrow's industry: global production methods evolve into innovative way that industry work with harmonization of future-oriented Technologies which is lead machines to interact with embedded hardware and software beyond the limits of single applications via Internet of things (IoT). Future production contains modular and efficient manufacturing systems and characterizes scenarios in which product discovering their route automatically during the production and control their own manufacturing process. In smart production line, machines and items communicate each other, respectively driving operation. CPS will have a clear benefit for companies, when it comes to hiring the best employees, since they can offer a better work life balance. Instead of using high amount of resources related to strong associate environmental impacts which require human economic activity, it is more efficient to supply better resource productivity that helps to improve the environment, resource security and competitiveness. Finally, this paper explores the current status and the application of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) in production concerning the potential of CPS.
