This study was conducted during the autumn and spring seasons of 2003 and 2004 to determine the effects of three leaching fractions on yield, fruit quality, water and nutrient saving of tomato plants grown in substrate culture. Irrigation was realized according to the leaching fractions adjusted as 10%, 20%, 30% or 40% in both growing seasons.
